Please respect the privacy of this community. Many women in this lifestyle value privacy as a form of safety and security for their families. Personal stories, struggles, conversations, screenshots, and member information shared within this space should never be shared outside of it without explicit permission.

2. Lead With Kindness and Respect

Every woman in this community is navigating a unique season of life. Be encouraging, thoughtful, and respectful in the way you engage with others. Assume good intentions and contribute to a culture that lifts women up.

3. Keep Football Operations Out of the Conversation

While football is what connects us, this community is not a space for discussing football programs, teams, coaches, staff members, recruiting, players, workplace dynamics, or internal organizational matters.

Our focus is on you: your identity, personal growth, family, relationships, career, and wellbeing throughout this lifestyle.

We do not allow the sharing of private, sensitive, or negative information regarding:

• Internal program dynamics

• Team issues or personnel matters

• Coaching changes

• Workplace frustrations

• Staff relationships

• Recruiting matters

• Player situations

• Confidential organizational information

Posts or comments that violate this standard may be removed immediately and may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Welcome and Support All Members

Every family, city, team, and season looks different. Let this be a place where we celebrate one another, offer encouragement, and build meaningful connections. Comparison, exclusion, status-based behavior, or conversations centered on wealth, influence, or hierarchy have no place here.

5. No Unsolicited Selling, Recruiting, or Spam

Please do not use this community primarily for self-promotion, recruiting, or selling products and services unless specifically invited or approved by the admin team.

We love supporting the businesses, passions, and accomplishments of our members, and there will be designated opportunities to share them. The primary purpose of this space, however, is connection and community.

6. Respect Different Perspectives and Seasons of Life

Members may be in different stages of marriage, motherhood, faith, career, and football life. Make room for differences with grace and respect.

Disrespectful, divisive, or excessively heated discussions may be reviewed by moderators and removed if they do not align with the culture of the community.

7. Help Protect the Culture of This Space

If something feels inappropriate, harmful, or out of alignment with these standards, please contact the admin team privately rather than addressing it publicly in a way that creates conflict or division.

8. Membership Is a Privilege

Membership in this community is a privilege, not a right. To protect the safety, purpose, and culture of this space, administrators reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior does not align with these standards.
